This privacy policy applies to the Beat Blocks app (herein referred to as "the Application") for mobile devices, created by Notetech (herein referred to as "the Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
The Application does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information from its users. Your rhythm practice data, music preferences, and settings are stored locally on your device and are not accessible by the Service Provider.
The Application offers In-App Purchases (IAP) handled exclusively through Apple's StoreKit. While the Application itself does not collect personal data, Apple Inc. may collect transaction information (such as purchase history and billing details) necessary to facilitate these transactions. The Service Provider wants to inform you that whenever you use the Application, no diagnostic or log data is sent to the Service Provider's servers. Any crash reports or usage statistics shared with Apple (as part of iOS/macOS system diagnostics) are handled according to your device's global privacy settings.
The Application does not use "cookies" explicitly. However, the underlying web-based interface (WKWebView) may use local storage to save your preferences (such as speed, sound, and display mode) locally on your device.
The Service Provider does not employ third-party companies or individuals. All core functionalities are handled locally within the Application.
The Service Provider values your trust in using the Application. Since no personal data is collected or transmitted, your privacy is protected by the inherent security of your mobile device.
The Application does not collect any personal information. It is suitable for users of all ages, including children, as it does not require an account or any data entry.
